I can see a paid car park from a window of my home. It can accommodate about fifty vehicles and is always full. It is located within an eight-minute walk from a JR station and used by office workers or students who commute by train.
 A family of a mother, a son and a daughter parks their car every morning. Upon parking, the mother and son immediately get out of the car and head toward the station. But the daughter slowly heads toward the station. As a result, the mother and son are always around 5 meters ahead of the daughter.
 Another woman parks her car loading with a mini bicycle. Upon parking, she takes it out and heads for the station. Probably, she parks it at a paid bicycle park near the station.
 The car park builds a win-win relationship between the owner, users and the station or the city office.

　ボクの家の窓から駐車場が見える。50台ほどが入る有料駐車場。毎日、満車です。JRの駅から徒歩8分くらいのところにあるので、通勤や通学する人たちが使っています。
　その中に、母親と子供2人の家族います。母親と1人の子供は、急いで駅に向かうのですが、もう1人の子供はのんびりと歩き出します。そのため、5メートルくらいの差がつきます。
　また、別の女性は、車にミニ自転車を積んでやってきます。車を止めると、自転車を下ろして、それに乗って駅に向かいます。駅の有料駐輪場に止めるのでしょう。
　駐車場の所有者、利用者と駅（又は行政）に三方良しの関係ができている。
