[Super easy] How to make pickles [Let's make excess vegetables into regular vegetables]

The material is your choice. Although it is in the title, why not try using the vegetables in the refrigerator or select additional vegetables you like? It's fun to choose vegetables first ♪
I also had some radish, onions, and cucumbers, so I used some of them.
And this time I made the material like this. I think zucchini is also delicious ♪

■ Vegetables
2 cucumbers
1 paprika (red)
1 paprika (yellow)
3 myoga
2 small onions
1/3 radish
1/2 pumpkin
■ Pickle solution
Vinegar ... 2 cups
White wine ... 1 cup
Water ... 3/4 cup
Sugar ... 80g
Salt ... 2 tsp
☆ (3 bottles)
Garlic (slice) ... 3 pieces
Red pepper ... 3
Laurier ... 3 pieces
Grained pepper ... 2 tsp
<How to make>
① First, cut the vegetables. Cut into a size that fits the jar you are dipping.

Before cutting the pumpkin, heat it in a microwave oven to soften it so that the kitchen knife can be easily inserted and cut easily.
In the case of whole, about 5 to 6 minutes in the microwave is a guide. Remove the seeds and cotton from the cut pumpkin with a spoon and wrap it in a microwave oven. In the case of 1/2 piece, about 3 minutes is a standard. If it's still stiff, try heating it in a microwave, step by step.

② Boil and sterilize vegetables to make pickles last longer. Sterilize in boiling water for about 10 minutes. However, I feel that it is better for about 8 minutes. It's a little softer in 10 minutes. So please be careful as boiling it any more will make the vegetables too tender and reduce the crunchiness of the pickles. The texture is very important!

③ After boiling sterilization, turn off the heat and raise it in a vat to cool the vegetables as evenly as possible. At this time, the vegetables are quite hot, so be careful when you put them on the bat.

④ Make pickled liquid. Add vinegar, white wine, water, sugar and salt, boil until the sugar melts, and put in another bowl to remove heat.
