Aizome is a traditional culture of Japan, and this time I’m going to
talk about what Aizome is, based on my experience in Shizuoka.

The color of this blue liquid is called aiiro, and this color is also used in the 2020 Olympic logo.

Recently, “Ai” is used for food, but it has also been used as a dyestuff for a long time.
