元日から能登半島の地震という災害で幕をあけた2024年。
少しでも復興の役に立ちたいとオンラインショップでの10％OFFセール実施と売上金の全額を寄付することを決めたが、1月13日現在売れ行きは芳しくない。
陶芸に復帰した一昨年はリハビリ、昨年はただただ楽しいだけの制作をしてきた。無駄だとは思わないが、ちゃんと売ることも考えないと、せっかく世の中の役に立つことをしたいと思っても、微力（無力とは言いたくない）なのだと、新年早々、痛感した。
今年は売ることもちゃんと考え、世の中の役に立てるアーティストになりたい。

The year 2024 began with the disaster of the Noto Peninsula earthquake on New Year's Day. In order to help in the recovery effort, I decided to hold a 10% off sale in my online store and donate all sales proceeds, but as of January 13, sales have not been good. The year before last, when I returned to ceramics, I was rehabilitated, and last year I just enjoyed creating. I don't think it was a waste of time, but I realized early in the new year that I am powerless (I don't want to say powerless) to do something useful for the world unless I also think about selling my work properly.
