Day six

Today, we started English class in individual levels. My case, I entered Level four.
First of all, we reviewed the explanation we heard yesterday again and signed some documents.

Today, we learned how to say the numbers in English.
We have not only daily numbers like $50, 50% but also academic numbers like 1/5 or 60℃. Today, we learned all of it. First, we had lecture to complete how to read in English. Second, we had listening training. Sometimes we couldn't make sure about ''teen'' and ''ty''. Third, we tried to use it. Teacher separated us for two group. Each group had different phrase about numbers. We recheck how to say in each group. And we tried to share them accurately to use words which we learned. Lastly, we had bingo to use big numbers. teacher showed us some numbers that have similar pronounce. If we can bingo (I mean truly hear it and bingo) we could win. That was good training to grow up our ears.

After the class, I went to George Town. For my interest (to find good records), I searched three record shops there.

First shop was like Japanese one. In Japan we have 百貨店. That is what I want to say. The atmosphere was similar it. One old man stands beside register. And he said ''If you can't see it, we don't have that record''. Similar~.

Second shop was more developed. They have records, CDs, clothes, cafe, studio… Everything!! I thought I could find my favorite, but I couldn't. Because the theme of the shop is about punk or techno, there records was also about that. Reluctantly, I had a cup of coffee and tried to ask another shop.

Last shop was closed… but looked really suit my favorite. oh…

That's today's action. Thanks.
