・3密 = san-mitsu

Mitsu literally means "close", and 3 types of closeness were noted as dangerous actions for coronavirus infection. In English, these are known as the “Three Cs” - namely, closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings. It is also worth noting that the term "san mitsu" is also referred to as "mittsu no mitsu", which includes a pun to make the campaign that much catchier.

There she was rescued by a North Korean soldier on patrol and he eventually gives her shelter and devises plans to secretly help her return to South Korea. Gradually they fall in love with each other. The TV drama attempted to address social problems with fictions, trying to separate political problems from human relationships.

It is a life simulation video game created in 2020 by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. It became very famous during the pandemic due to many people being forced to stay in the house.

・アベノマスク = Abe no mask

Amabie is a type of supernatural spirits popularized through Japanese folklore. It is believed to foretell either an abundant harvest or an epidemic. It has been believed that showing a picture of amabie to those who become ill will be cured, so many Japanese people started drawing a picture of amabie so it once again became a fad throughout 2020.
