8月はAll About Me（自分のすべて）というテーマの下で様々な角度から自分を見つめ、説明できるようにすることを目指します。

第１週：自分自身について
自分の好きな色や食べ物、得意なこと、お気に入りの場所、将来の夢
いろんな仕事を英語で何というのかも教わりました。
レッスンの終わりにはそれをクラスの前で発表します。

皆に伝えたいことを絵で描いたり、スペルを教わって英語で書いたり。
最終的には小冊子に仕立てます。

第２週は家族についてです。
家族の名前、お仕事、好きなこと、ペットの事
「ママ」「パパ」のお名前、言えるかな？
発表することがどんどん増えていきますよ。

August is all about self-exploration! Students will create their own mini books and add a new section each week, resulting in a creative snapshot of their lives. They’ll even try presenting them to the class!

We started off last week by talking about ourselves, but now it’s time to discuss another important aspect — family. 

To help your child review and prepare, you can discuss the following items: 

• Their favorite things (colors, food, things to do, places)

• What they want to be when they grow up

• What their family members’ favorites are and what kind of jobs they do (e.g. “My dad likes ice cream. He’s a pilot.”)
