九月の京都
今日は珍しく携帯に電話がかかってきました。中学時代の友人からです。このごろ連絡がくるのは文字ばかりで久しく肉声を聞いてなかったので、うれしかったです。
コロナ禍までは数か月に一度はグループで会い、音楽会や美術館にお花見に食事会と楽しんできました。やっと今年は新年会とお花見ができましたが暑かった夏は全員ダウン。また楽しめますように。
September in Kyoto 2023
Today, I received a rare phone call on my mobile phone. It was from a friend I knew in middle school. Lately, our communication has been limited to text messages, and I haven't heard their voice in a long time, so I was delighted. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, we used to meet as a group every few months, enjoying music concerts, art museums, cherry blossom viewing, and dining together. Finally, this year, we were able to have a New Year's gathering and go cherry blossom viewing, but the hot summer left us all feeling down. I hope we can enjoy ourselves once again.
