[warning]Do not come to Japan as a technical intern trainee!

For myself, I think Japan is a very nice country with good living and security. But there are bad guys in every country. And bad guys always aim for the weak.

Bad guys in Japan often target technical interns. It is hard to live in your home country, and everyone who comes to work in Japan is easy to be fooled and easy to obey.

First of all, there is a “broker” near you that acts as an intermediary for Japanese companies to help you who are having trouble living. Please be careful! They are the minions of bad guys in Japan.

In Japan, the problem of long working hours and unpaid overtime is often the news. Overtime pay is the wages paid when you work overtime. There are companies that force workers to work and not pay for it.

However, Japanese who can speak Japanese and can defeat bad guys in discussions are troublesome for bad guys. If you have the money, you can hire a lawyer to fight. Illegal work among Japanese workers is becoming a social issue, so bad guys are turning to target you.

I'm not making a fool of you, but as technical interns, you are not very good at Japanese. And because you are in trouble with money, bad guys might think you can not hire a lawyer. If you are tricked by a broker, you will be working at a low wage in Japan, which is supposed to make money, and in the worst case, you will be obliged to pay the travel fee as debt, and you will have to work until you get ill.

Even if you run home, you will be required to work as a slave, "if you don't return your debt, take your important family hostage."

Of course, there are also legitimate workplaces. But it's hard for you to tell, and it's too risky to come to Japan by believing only in the words of the broker.

The bad guys don't pay attention to international students and travelers. People who have the money wisely are less likely to be targeted.

Please don't be fooled by bad guys in Japan. Then save money and come to Japan for your trip. And there are some Japanese people who are concerned about discrimination against technical interns. If you should be fooled, ask a public authority for help.
