Hi, I am Mitsuki from the Educational Tour Division of HelloWorld.

HelloWorld Inc. is a company based in Okinawa, which promotes various way of cultural exchange activities and language learning in Japan and in the world. 
So far, over 9,400 students from Hokkaido to Okinawa in Japan have decided to participate in our Rogaining (Scavenger Hunt like event) and Muchinaka Cultural Exchange Program (Homestay)!

Presently, we are looking for a new English Speaking intern to take on the following responsibilities:

・Perform as master of ceremonies for HelloWorld’s Rogaining and Machinaka Cultural Exchange’s opening and ending ceremonies
（Depending on your skills）
　・PC work such as translation, lecture material making
　・Online meetings with HelloWorld's English Speakers
　・Assist on the recruitment activities of new English Speakers and Host Families

Consequently, preferred skills and eligibilities are:

・Understanding the purpose of HelloWorld’s programs 
・Native-level fluency in English
・Ability to speak in front of audiences
・has / will have permission to engage in an activity other than those permitted by the Visa status of residence previously granted 

Finally, the internship conditions are as follows:

・Initial hourly wage: ￥1,000~
　※Depending on the performance, incentive will be given
・Workplace: HelloWorld office and the venue for each ceremony
・Starting date: after consultation with the interviewer
・Selection Process: 1-2 interviews
　※There may be a demonstration of MC'ing during the interview

In the programs, students interact with English Speakers by introducing themselves including their school lives and personal interests, and exchange their thoughts and ideas about certain topics in English. Connecting Japanese students and HelloWorld's English Speakers will lead to a deeper mutual understanding among each other.
