現在まで愛される多くの童謡を残した詩人、野口雨情。その雨情の故郷北茨城市で、子供たちが次々と姿を消す怪事件が起こった。
石尊山で山狩りをしていた捜索隊の前に、突如巨大なカラスに似た怪獣が出現、捜索隊を威嚇する。
ネットの普及によって情報が溢れる現代社会、ネットから悪い知識を得て犯罪の凶悪化や低年齢化が加速しつつあった。社会の情報化は決して悪いことではない。悪いのは情報を悪用する人間の心なのだ。野口雨情は子供たちに正しい教育をするには童心を失わせない事、大人が童心を呼び起こす事が大切だと説いた。怪獣ウージョンはそんな雨情の思想に沿って、さらった子供たちに童謡を歌って聴かせ情操教育をしようとしていたのだ。人々は怒って暴れ回るウージョンに対し、野口雨情記念館から大量のシャボン玉を飛ばして注意を引き、その間に救出された子供たちと、童心を呼び覚まされた大人たちが心を込めて｢七つの子｣を歌うと、ウージョンの姿は七つのシャボン玉となり、壊れて消える事無く屋根より高く空へ飛んで行った。｢ワタシハカラス、ワタシハカラス…｣

In modern society, where information is overflowing due to the spread of the Internet, bad knowledge is obtained from the Internet, and the aggravation of crime and the aging of the population are accelerating. The informationization of society is by no means a bad thing. What is bad is the human mind that misuses information. Ujo Noguchi preached that in order to give proper education to children, it is important not to lose their innocence, and that it is important for adults to awaken their innocence. In line with Ujou's ideas, the monster Woojon tries to educate the kidnapped children by singing nursery rhymes to them. People threw a large number of soap bubbles from the Noguchi Ujo Memorial Hall to draw attention to the angry and rampaging Woojon. When he sang "Child", WooJon's figure turned into seven soap bubbles, which did not break and flew high into the sky above the roof. "I'm a crow, I'm a crow..."
