部隊№10003の能力はソ連建国時代から謎に包まれており、ヨシフ・スターリンはこの秘匿部隊の出身者である。  

1908年、ロマノフ王朝があるオブジェクトを発見したのが原因でロマノフ王朝が滅亡する契機となった。その後の調査報告は全て捏造である。

It is the code name of the secret military unit that is classified as the highest secret in the history of the Soviet Union, which operates by militarizing paranormal phenomena and paranormal capabilities beyond the scientific scope and putting them to practical use. The Soviet Union was the first country in the world to recognize the existence of abnormal entities, places, objects, and phenomena that violate the laws of nature (SCP Objects).
