How's it going?

I was very disappointed yesterday.

It's about a restaurant I help out at occasionally, and the restaurant has a QR code ordering system.
However, a group of people kept coming in to order verbally.

Certainly that customer was not good, but the first experienced staff member I worked with did not say anything to the customer and took extra money.

I felt this was not fair and I felt very bad about it.

If they are going to do such a thing, they should at least inform their customers about it.

I do not want to be such a coward.

昨日はとても残念の思いをしました。

たまにお手伝いしているお店のことなのですが、そのお店はQRコードで注文するシステムです。
しかし、あるグループが口頭で何度も注文してきていました。

確かにそのお客さんも良くないですが、初めて一緒に働いたベテランのスタッフの方がお客さんに何も言わず、お金を追加料金を取っていました。

これは卑怯だと思い、とても嫌な気持ちになりました。

もしそのようなことをするなら、せめてお客さんにその旨を伝えるべきだと思います。

このような卑怯な人間にはなりたくないです。
