Today too, I'm going to write about a few good things happened around me as usual.

1. Played with children

Some acquaintances took their children to my house, so I played with the children all day long. Although it was a very nice time, I feel muscle pain at many parts now. If I would be father, this will keep up ever? It is horrible. lol But I want see and play with them again soon.

2. Balance ball

I bought a balance ball and use it instead of a chair these days. It has been very tough, but I can workout while working, so it may be effective if I will be used to it. Since It is sometimes difficult to take a time to go to a gym, I will try this for a while.
