3.1 マインドマップとは

【マインドマップノート術（マインドマップはinfographicsという言葉と同値）】
マインドマップとは、ぱっと見、インパクトがあってすぐに理解できるノート
のことです。
この言葉があまりにデファクトスタンダードなので、インフォグラフィックノートという名が体をなす言葉はあまり普及していません。

トニーブザンがやり始めたこの方法は、NHKの所ジョージ・城島茂が出演している「テストの花道」、山下智久、新垣結衣が出演した「ドラゴン桜」でも取り上げられています。

トニーブザンの古典的名著：「頭がよくなる本」でこの方法について知りました。
マインドマップのおかげで、自分もある程度、「頭がよくなれるんじゃないか」って思えるようになり、劣等感を感じていたSEGや鉄緑会、平岡塾にかよっているひとたちにも負けないと思えるようになりました。MITの教授なんかも、このノートのとり方でアイデアを出しています。
でも、なぜか、どの小学校でも教えられない方法です。私は、義務教育でこのノートの書き方を教えるべきだと思います。そのくらいスタンダードな方法です。

【描き方のルール】
をデータベースします
１．原因→結果の関係性（二元論、二元性）を重視すること。（矢印でつなげること）
二元論以外に、この世の中を普遍的にRuleしている原理は存在しません。
二元論に逆らおうとすると、あらゆるものがカオスになります。
二元論に従順になると、すべてがクリスタルクリアーになり世界が調和します。

２．語呂合わせや新しい知識を既存の知識にこじつけること
笑いのネタを考えているようなものなので、暗記が楽しくなります。

３．好きな漫画の絵をごろにあわせて描くこと。
ワンピースでもNARUTOでもいいので、好きな漫画のキャラクターをノートに登場させてください。
私が愛用しているキャラは、NHKの「ニャッキ」、「すごいよまさるさん」や「ぴゅーっと吹くジャガー」、LINEのMOON係長。瞬時に面白おかしい絵を書けるようになりましょう。

４．図や絵には、かならず　：）　ニコニコ( ^ω^ )マークをいれること。
私は脳、肺、心臓、腎臓などのアイコンをノートに書くときは、かならず、顔をいれます。笑顔で。
すると、人間の脳というのは、顔に対して特別に反応する性質を持っていますので、自然とその図、アイコンに対して親近感を持ちます。

５．大切な文字、イメージには必ず色をつけること。なるべく多色で。
色のないノートを暗記するのと、あるノートを暗記するの、どっちが楽だと思いますか？
100人いたら100人、色のある方だと答えるでしょう。正解です。
じゃあ、なぜ、色を塗るのをためらうのか？
面倒だから。
「だから、おまえはダメなんだ。やれ！」という元暴走族の古文の教師、吉野先生の名言が頭をよぎります。
「すいませんでした。色を塗ります。」

私の経験上、色えんぴつより蛍光ペンがいいです。また、色はフィーリングで。
これにはこの色ではなくてはならない、みたいな強迫観念は捨てましょう。自分が気持ちよく感じる色で塗ればいい。
大丈夫。何色に塗ったかで思い出す量が変わることはありません。なぜなら、写真のように、ぱあっと頭の中に記憶するのが写真記憶法だから、何色かは重要になりません。多彩かどうかが重要になります。
また、私がルーズリーフを推奨するのは、蛍光ペンを使うからとも言えます。普通のノートだと、裏に色が染み込んでしまう。

６．「いちページ、いちテーマ」
ノートをけちって、ひとつのページに書き込みすぎると、写真的に想起するのが阻害され、また理解もぐちゃぐちゃになりがちです。
ちゃんと、余白を活かしてきれいに整えましょう。
「Deal space with time」という言葉があります。
余白が生かせないと時間がかかる。

たとえば、私の場合、肺がんに関してノートをとる場合、
「原因、統計ページ」「共通の症状ページ」「非小細胞がん、小細胞がんの比較マクロページ」「「非小細胞がん、小細胞がんのミクロページ」「分子標的薬ページ」といった具合に10ページほど細分化します。
小さな文字でつめこみすぎたら、なにも想起できません。

【前置き】
上記の内容を書いた後、読者から「数学と英語のマインドマップの例を示して」「抽象的なことをいかにしてマインドマップで表現するか」とブログで質問をいただきました。
たしかに、数学とかぜんぜん画像をアップしてないんです。大量にマインドマップはしてるんですけど、公開しても理解できないくらい抽象化しすぎてて、説明を書くのが面倒なのでアップしてなかったんです。（化学、数学は見るに耐えるレベルだったので先に公開してるんですが）
時間的に厳しいので、全部じゃなく、どうやればいいのかの道筋だけ作って、あとは、みなさんの試行錯誤に任せます。
上手にマインドマップなんて最初からはできないものです。
私も大学受験と関係のない、マインドマップ本に書いてある例を、自分なりに解釈して、試行錯誤して今のスタイルに落ち着きました。
長年マインドマップを書き続けてきてて、こうやるとうまくいったみたいな技術が蓄積してきているので、がんばって書きます。

【大学受験用マインドマップ総論】
マインドマップの種類について。（これらは私オリジナルの考え方です。どっかの本に書かれていればいいんですけどね。）
まずは、俯瞰します。
マインドマップは全部で3種類あります。
X軸に、「知識の羅列」、「論理」の２つの要素
Y軸に、「総合」「分析」の２つの要素
があり、
１．「知識の羅列でマクロ」マップ（羅列マクロノート）
２．「知識の羅列でミクロ」マップ（羅列ミクロノート）
３．「論理でミクロ」マップ（論理ミクロノート）
このたった3種類しかこの世の中にはないようです。
（「論理でマクロ」マップ（論理マクロノート）はありません。マクロに表現している時点で、すでに論理的でなく、羅列に近いからです。）

１．マインドマップのX軸は２個。「羅列ノート（知識羅列並列ノート）」VS「論理ノート（上善水の如しノート）」
「羅列ノート（知識羅列並列ノート）
お互いに強くは関係のない知識だけど覚えなくてはいけないことを並列的にマインドマップすることです。たいていのマインドマップ本に書かれているのはこれです。

英語、古文、漢文の単語ノート
旧態依然のノートはこれにあてはまりますね。

「論理ミクロノート、上善水の如しノート」
A→B、B→C、C→Dといった規則を数珠繋ぎにして俯瞰して一覧できるようにマインドマップすることです。実は、これが理系にとってかなり重要なマインドマップです。これをマスターすると理解と記憶の両輪をうまく回せます。私が医学の勉強をするときに使っていて、すでにやり方は紹介しています。おすすめとしては、A４のノートを横ではなく縦にして、上から下に論理を流す。上善水のごとし。

２．マインドマップのY軸は2種類。「総合マクロノート」VS「分析ミクロノート」
「総合マクロノート」
マクロで書くっていうのはどういうことか。ひとによってはメタノートといったりします。
マクロは、要するに本の目次です。覚えなければならないことの最も抽象的な名前を、ひとつのマインドマップの上に具体的に書きます。「論理、上善水の如しモデル」自体を記憶しなければ、数学においていい点数をもらうことはできません。ひとつひとつの「論理」をまとめて、覚えるノートが必要となるわけです。
論理たちをまとめるのが、「知識羅列並列」「総合マクロノート」です。

たとえば、糸球体病変。
糸球体病変には3種類あります。

１．ネフローゼ症候群をきたし、蛋白尿が血尿よりも顕著にでる腎疾患
MC、MN、MPGN、FGS

２．血尿が蛋白尿よりも顕著にでる腎疾患
AGN、IgA腎症、シェーンラインヘノッホ

３．すぐに腎機能が低下する腎疾患
RPGN

これを知識並列マクロノートにすると以下のとおりになります。

「論理ミクロノート」の例
１．ネフローゼ症候群をきたし、蛋白尿が血尿よりも顕著にでる腎疾患のMCを「論理」ミクロノート」で書くと以下のようになります。
このふたつの種類のノートがあることで、腎疾患という名の地図を脳という本棚から探してきて、MCという名の家まで遊びに行くことができます。、

次に、「知識並列ミクロノート」
その知識自体があまり原因→結果の論理がないものに対して、これを使います。
たとえば、英語。
英語をしゃべれるようになる唯一の方法は、シャドーイングによる英会話の暗記と大西泰斗先生の本をマインドマップで暗記することです。
じゃ、たとえば、大西泰斗の「ネイティブスピーカーの英語感覚」よりCANをマスターしましょう。
英語を勉強するときに大切なことは、ひとつひとつの単語をきっちりネイチブレベルの感覚までTune upすることです。
実は、大西先生は無意識にかもしれませんが、二元論ユーザーであり、マインドマップユーザーです。
「知識並列ミクロノート」はすでに先生の本の中に書いてあります。買って読んでみてください。
これを読まないと一生、CANを知ったかぶりのまま使い続けることになります。

このノートを眺めるだけでCANをマスターできます。

上記の図に下のような例文を書き加えましょう。これで、抽象と具体がセットになり、記憶が定着します。

こうやって、分析的にCANを理解し、CANの潜在能力というコアイメージから、許可、能力、状況、可能性という４つのデリバティブイメージがでてきました。

それぞれ４つが論理でつながっているわけじゃないので、並列的ですよね。（コアイメージからはつながっていますが）
