雨の音

And the trees and plants rippling in the wind
それと風に揺れる木々と植物達

Are we never to hear this ensemble again?
この合奏をもう二度と聞ける事はないのだろうか？

A drop of gray ink splashes onto the green and blue
灰色のインクの一滴が、緑と青に飛び散る

It spreads in a distorted way
歪んだ形で広がっていく

It's too late to remove
取り除くには既に遅すぎた

As time passed
時間が経つにつれて

We selfishly painted a picture in our favorite color on the canvas
私達は身勝手にキャンバスに好きな色で絵を描いた

Even if we try to paint it out in white
たとえ白で塗りつぶそうとしても

The smear will remain
汚れは残ってしまうんだ

In the world we obtained in exchange for lives
命と引き換えに手に入れた世界で

That are torn apart
引き裂かれてきた命で

The flowers die and the earth cracks
花は枯れ、大地には亀裂が走る

Will a man plant a seed
誰が種を蒔くんだ

Children don't know the fragrance of the rainy forest
子供達は雨の森の香りを知らない

Their lullaby is the sound of rain
彼らの子守唄は雨の音だけ

Splashing on a concrete slab
コンクリートの床に跳ねる音だけ

Will mankind rule this grassland
人類はこの草原を支配してしまうのか

Where we see the setting sun
私達が夕日を見れる場所で

How long will we be able to see
いつまで見る事ができるのだろう

The green covering the earth
大地を覆う緑を

In the world we obtained in exchange for lives
命と引き換えに手に入れた世界で
