写真の「ボケ」は「Bokeh」と言う表記で世界で通用するようです。

「ボケ」を活用することで写真をうまく見せることもできます。しかし、「ボケ」を強くし過ぎると不自然さばかりが際立ってしまいます。

タイトルの写真はどうでしょう。これでf値が5.6です。このf値を上げ下げすることでボケ具合を調整できます。これぐらいの値を使用することが多いです。撮るものや周辺の状況次第です。何をボカせば効果的なのかと言うことを考えながらです。タイトルの写真の場合、黄色の花の後ろを青空にするのか。もしくは緑の部分にするするのか。緑の部分で黄色の点になっているのは同じ花が沢山咲いており、それがボケている状態です。これは上手くいったと思っています。でも、黄色の花びらの部分を青空の上でも良かったかもしれないですね。ちょっと中途半端な位置に置いてしまった。

f値をもっと低い値で設定することもあります。逆に高くすることもあります。でも、どちらにしても不自然にならない程度で気をつけています。極端にぼかしてしまうと黄色の花が浮いてしまうようになってしまいます。これは避けたい。

Or is it the green part? The yellow dots in the green area indicate that many of the same flowers are in bloom and that they are out of focus. I think this worked well. But it might have been nice to have the yellow petals on the blue sky. I put it in a halfway position.

You may want to set the f-value to a lower value. On the contrary, it may be higher. However, I'm careful not to be unnatural in either case. If it is blurred too much, yellow flowers will start to float. I want to avoid this.

もう一つ、気をつけているのは「前をボカす」か「後ろをボカすか」です。

好みと言ってしまえばそれまでなんですが、どうでしょうか。どう使い分けていくかが大事なところだと思いますが「前をボカす」のは今でも苦手なので、勉強中です。

f値の設定も色々試して自分の好みを見つけるのがいいのかなと思います。
