片岡祐介は、セレブである。 普通、日本語でセレブといえば、金持ちのことだ。（いや、英語の celebrity は有名人、という意味なんだが。。。） しかし、片岡には、金はない。にもかかわらず、いや、それゆえにこそ、片岡はセレブである。

片岡は、働かない。 もちろん、職業は音楽家であるが、仕事はしない。音楽するだけである。 そして、大抵の日は、家でピアノかチェンバロを弾くか、打楽器を叩いている。 あとは、子供と遊んでいる。 こんな優雅な暮らしをしている以上、どう見ても、セレブである。
Yusuke Kataoka is a celebrity. Generally speaking, Japanese celebrities are rich people. (In fact, celebrity in English means famous people.) But Kataoka has no money. Nevertheless, in fact, that is why Kataoka is a celebrity.
