【Art Salon NY】Seriously thought about "What is the value" when I calculated expensive artwork on a daily basis price from the time of production

Good Morning & Good Evening !

I'm Marie who thinks watching Christie's auction videos is far more interesting than watching YouTuber videos.

There are learnings from all the events we have held in the past. And this event taught me that 『History has the value』

In this event talked about Leonardo da Vinci's ≪Salvator Mundi≫ was sold for approximately $450 million in 2017 and recorded the world's highest price for an art work.

It's an incredible amount, but Christies Japan CEO, Mr. Yamaguchi says, "If you calculate the price of antique and masterpieces using a daily calculation from the time of production, they are overwhelmingly cheaper than when you calculate the price of contemporary art on a daily basis."

Therefore, this time, as an experiment, calculated the price of high-priced artworks at auctions and private sales using a daily calculation from the time of production! This article is delivered in my first collaboration with Generative AI, which is causing a stir in the world♪♪

【My partner Copilot ; a Microsoft's generative AI boy, was in charge of daily basis calculation】 ↓

 【Calculation method】(Be Simple!)
Final auction price/Private trading price ÷ Daily number of days (Number of days from the time of production of the artwork to the auction)
※If the production date/private trading date is unknown, the calculation will be based on the estimated year and month.
