仙台滞在空地の英語バージョンを作成しました。

MIMAN(in-progress) Architectural Design Farm is a private gathering of non-profit organizations, public officials, and architects envisioning a human-centered urban landscape.

Public open spaces are those which fall in between private buildings and yet are open to the public. When these spaces’ owners want to use them for building maintenance, they’re subject to administrative procedures. We could not leave this as-is, empathizing with its ambiguity, so we began to investigate solutions through a variety of approaches.

These spaces are numerous, large and small, in the center of Sendai. Our mission is to show the potential and splendor of these spaces to as many people as possible. Above all, we want the owners of these spaces to positively reflect on their ownership and get enthusiastic about the possibilities.

With that in mind, we published this map.
