I've been very busy this week.
Now that I'm past the peak of my busy schedule, I'm going to gradually do what I want to do.

I look forward to Valentine's Day every year.

I wonder why even if the same sweets are made with the same ingredients, they taste different depending on the person.
Since I was little, I have been making sweets based on recipe books given to me by my grandmother.

My recommendation is to make cookies using tart dough. The result is a cookie with a hard texture. The key is to add a pinch of salt.

今週はとても忙しかったです。
忙しさのピークは過ぎたので、少しずつやりたいことをやっていこうと思います。

毎年バレンタインデーを楽しみにしています。
ヘッダー画像：高校生の時にバレンタインに作ったお菓子です。

同じ材料で同じお菓子を作っても、人によって味が違うのはなぜだろうかとおもっています。
私は、幼い頃から祖母からもらったレシピ本を参考にお菓子を作ってきました。

私のオススメはタルト生地を使ったクッキー作りです。ハード系食感のクッキーが出来上がります。塩をひとつまみ加えるのがポイントです。
