4️⃣、契約が締結し、いざ社員がレンタル先の会社へ。

5️⃣、レンタルでの業務完了したら、貸し出し側の企業はレンタル代を受領し、そのうち社員はレンタル料の30％を賃金に上乗せでもらうことができる。

これにより、レンタルする側の企業は新たな人材の獲得が不要かつリスキリング（AI分野でリスキリングができるかどうかは不明だが）なども不要、そして何よりも即戦力として事業を計画でき遂行できる利点がある。
