A: The building second from the left across the street is the library. 
B: The building the second left behind the street is the library. 

Thanks, where is the movie theater then?
②それはないんだよ・・
A: We don’t have one.
B: We don’t have that. 

日本語では自然に言えても・・英語になると⁉

①場所の言い方
左から２番目　second from the left
右から３番目    third from the right
右（斜め）後ろ　behind (me) diagonally to the right
左（斜め）前　　in front of (me) diagonally to the left

向こう・・
behind  （後ろ)　原則として隠れていて見えません。　Who is behind the door?
over     （超えて)　Look at the montain over that building.
across  (横切って) There are tall buildings across the street.

② 「それ」it, one , that の違い
You bought a new computer,right?
 It is useful,isn’t it?  
 it   は   a new computer そのものを指しています。
 
I want one as well.  
one  は computer を指していますが・・ 
あなたの買ったコンピューターではありません。

I will make that by myself. 
この that  はまだ存在していないコンピューターを指しています。
