　この様な長い英文を読む時に先ずやらなければならないのは、主語が何かを考える事です。
　通常は主語は文頭に来るのですが、この文の文頭には形容詞が来ているので、SVCがCVSと倒置が起きていると考えて、<is>の後ろが主語と考えます。

　上の英文にスラッシュを入れます。

　スラッシュは、倒置された補語の終わり、前置詞・接続詞の前、カンマに入れます。
