日本企業の税務申告業務を支援していて、インド税務のスピード感に戸惑う事が時折ある。専門的な知識を要する為に税務コンサルを交えて進めていく事がほとんどだが、年度によって進み具合が違うのだ。
　要因は、還付金額の大きさや税務当局担当者のレベルもある。それに税務当局から呼び出しを食らいどれ程迅速に対応出来るかという点も関係しているように感じる。一度、こちらのレスポンスが遅れると税務当局担当者の中での優先順位も下がってしまうのか簡単な事でも後回しにされて中々進まない。
　n数1であり、他企業や団体も同様かはわからないが大きくは違わないのではないかと感じている。

When assisting Japanese companies with their tax returns, I am sometimes puzzled by the speed of the Indian tax system. In most cases, I work with tax consultants to provide the specialized knowledge required, but the pace of progress differs from year to year. The factors include the size of the refund amount and the level of the tax authority staff. In addition, I feel that it also depends on how quickly I am able to respond to a call from the tax authorities. Once our response is delayed, the priority of the tax authorities may be lowered, and even simple matters are put on the back burner, and progress is slow. The number of respondents is 1, and I am not sure if this is the same for other companies and organizations, but I feel that it may not be significantly different.
