今日のサーフィンは、へっぽこな私にとってはやや大きく感じてしまい
びびって思うように乗れなかったなー
明日サイズが下がるようなので期待して頑張ろうと思います。

最近お肌の治安が最悪です。
原因はわかっています。絶対お菓子の食べ過ぎ笑

スーパーのクッキーとかチップスをよく食べるようになってから
吹き出物,ニキビがとても増えました。
それでもお菓子がやめられない…

オーストラリアに来てからしみがさらに気になるようになり、
レチノイド配合の美容液をGETしてみた！
カナダのブランド「The Ordinary.」
効果出ました！という報告ができるといいな。

Today’s wave is a little bit bigger for me because I’m a beginner.
I was afraid of big waves, so I couldn’t catch the wave well.
It seems that the wave size tomorrow will be lower than today, so I’m expecting that and I will do my best.

Recently My skin condition is in too bad.
I know the reason. It is certainly eating snacks too much lol.
Some pimples appeared since I have often eaten cookies and chips which are sold at supermarkets.
Although I’m sure that, I can’t stop eating them…

After coming to Australia, I worry about black spots on my skin so I’ve tried to use a serum including retinol.
It is ”The Ordinary.” which is a Canadian skincare brand.
I hope I will be able to tell a good review.
