🍀七草粥🍀

春の七草や餅などを具材とする塩味の粥で、その一年の無病息災を願って1月7日に食べられる[1]。正月の祝膳や祝酒で弱った胃を休める為とも言われる。

It is a salty porridge with ingredients such as spring herbs and rice cakes, and is eaten on January 7th to pray for good health for the coming year.[1] It is also said to be used to soothe the stomach weakened by New Year's celebratory meals and celebratory drinks.

This event was held during the Heian period, but it is also said to be the prototype for the soup of the Muromachi period.
