Requests and notesregarding guest cosplayers events

OtaCos Stage

  • No tickets are required for the main stage events.

  • Filming and posting on social networking sites during the stage performance is allowed. Commercial use and posting on videos with advertising revenue (e.g. YouTube) are not allowed.

  • Please share the front rows.

  • Please do not run onto the stage, rush to the front, climb over fences, or run inside the venue or down the aisles, as these actions are extremely dangerous.

  • Please refrain from slandering or defaming content or cast members that may interfere with the performance, as well as abusive language, excessive shouting, etc., and please be considerate of other patrons.

  • Shouts and cheers, as well as penlights, chemical lights (psyllium), and fans are allowed on this stage.

  • When using penlights or chemical lights (psyllium), please be careful not to disturb the surrounding audience. Please refrain from using modified penlights of extremely bright types or those longer than 30 cm, as they may obstruct the view of surrounding patrons.

  • Use of cheering merchandise is subject to the condition that it does not obstruct the view of other patrons or cause inconvenience to them. Please do not hold them above your chest level or overhang your seat to hit other people, etc., which may cause inconvenience to other visitors.

  • Please refrain from bringing or using sound-emitting cheering merchandise into the venue, whether large or small, with or without lights, as it will interfere with the viewing of the event.

TICKETS

  • General Admission(Changing rooms are not use possible)

- For OtaCos fan meeting and those who wish to have their photo taken with a checkerboard.
(No need to register as a photographer to take photos of guest cosplayers on stage)

  • Photographer(Changing rooms are not use possible)

- For those who photograph participating cosplayers.
(OtaCos Stage fan meeting and cheki-shooting are also available)

  • Cosplayers(Changing room use possible)

- For cosplayers. Photographing other participating cosplayers, two-shots, etc. is not allowed.
(OtaCos Stage fan meeting and cheki photo shoots are open to participation)

  • Cosplayer and Photographer(Changing room use possible)

- For those who will be photographing other cosplayers while cosplaying themselves.
(OtaCos Stage fan meeting and cheki-shooting are also available)

Fan meeting

  • To attend the fan meeting, you will need one of the OtaCos 13 tickets.

  • The fan meeting is free for OtaCos 13 ticket holders.

  • The fan meeting will be a two-shot or solo shot photo session with the guest of your choice.

  • Photography equipment can be digital cameras, SLR cameras, smart phones, etc. Checkered photos cannot be taken.

  • It is possible to line up again after the photo shoot.

  • Unauthorized photography without the permission of the guest is prohibited.

  • Video recording is not permitted.

Cheki Photo Session

  • To participate in the cheki photo session, you will need one of the OtaCos 13 tickets.

  • The Cheki photo session will be a project where you can take Cheki photos with Chiyo, Ojigi, and Kibisuke.

  • One cheki ticket is required per one cheki photo session.

  • Cheki tickets can be purchased at the Cheki Ticket Sales Office. Sales will begin at 1:30 p.m. at Turf (3).

  • Each checkee ticket will be 1000 yen. You can purchase up to 10 tickets at one time, and you can buy more tickets after you use up 10 tickets.

  • Cheki tickets can be settled by cash or credit card.

  • One autograph is allowed for every 10 photos taken per guest.

  • When you have finished filming, please switch to the next person as soon as possible.

  • It is possible to line up again after the photo shoot.

Common precautions

  • Cameras will be present during the event for recording purposes. Recorded video and photographs may be broadcast, distributed, or reproduced. Please understand this in advance.

  • Performers' "Taruki" are not allowed to be posted online except by management or management-related personnel.

  • Photos that invade the privacy of guests are not permitted.

  • Contact, harassment, verbal abuse, sexual harassment, or offensive behavior toward guests is prohibited.

  • Unauthorized photographing of guests in private moments is prohibited.

  • Uploading of photos, videos, or text that may infringe on the honor of the performers is prohibited.

  • If you upload photos or videos you have taken to the Internet, we may ask you to take down some photos. In that case, please respond promptly.

  • Using the photos or videos taken for illegal purposes and acting in a way that violates legal regulations or laws is prohibited.

  • It is prohibited to use the photos or videos taken for commercial purposes, distribution purposes, production of goods, printing, etc.

  • If you wish to specify a pose, please decide on a pose in advance before coming.

  • Please note that we may not be able to accommodate certain pose specifications.

  • Solo shots of performers only may be taken.

  • Gifts for performers should be placed in the drop-off box provided. For food and beverages, only commercially available items may be accepted. Fresh food, fresh flowers, heavy or large items are prohibited.

  • When giving a gift, please be sure to write your name or enclose a letter in advance so that the sender's name is always known.

  • Harassment, verbal abuse, or offensive behavior toward other participants or staff will not be tolerated

  • In addition, there may be other changes or prohibitions depending on the situation on the day of the event, even if not listed above. We ask for your cooperation in following the instructions of the staff on the day of the event and participating safely. Please understand that if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave the venue.
