2020＜8020

お世話になっております。

もちろん大統領選挙2020も大事ですが、
80歳までに自分の歯を20本残す8020
のほうがずっと大事だと思っているぴてろんです。
（あくまで個人的な見解です）

そして私は今日、歯のクリーニング
【PMTC】に行ってまいりました。

そんなに頻繁にすることではないので
（3～6ヶ月に一度）、
もし大切にしている歯に
何か異常が見つかったらどうしよう…

・・・と緊張と不安の渦に巻き込まれて昇天しそうに。。。

そこで試しに、無心になりこぶしを握りしめて

のし！！！

と気合をいれてみると…

フシギなことにそんな不安が
どこかへ消え去ってしまいました！

これは火の呼吸のシメとしてやると
効果バツグンかもしれません。
すごいのです

結局、歯医者さんでは特に悪いところもなく、
つつがなく終えることができました。
ありがとうございました。

PMTCを一回もやったことがない
という方はとても少ないのかもしれませんが、
もしそうでしたらぜひやってみることを
けっこう強めにおすすめします。

（たったふたつと言って無駄に長いので
飛ばし読みでも大丈夫です）

最近になって、PMTCのフッ素塗布に保険が適用
されるようになったようなのです。
やっと、予防歯科の考え方が浸透してきたのですね～

歯みがきにはお好みで
歯間ブラシも併用すると、より効果的です
