New Month Challenge

Hi everyone.

Thank you for getting interested in my article.

Today, I would like to share about my new challenge for a new month.

This month, I made some resolutions and one of them is making a habit to do exercise everyday

Why do I want to try this challenge?

I have always wanted to do this challenge because I knew that I needed to take care of myself physically and mentally.

However, I had never made an action because I was really good at making an excuse to not to do.
I believe that exercising helps my health condition.
Especially recently, I have been not good both physically and mentally.

Physically, I gained too much weight while I was in the US.

Mentally, changes around my environment and circumstances make me feel stressed and depressed.

Therefore, I thought I needed to do something to deal with my health conditions.

What kind of exercise am I doing?

I am going to do running, swimming, and strength training.

In terms of the running, I do not have any professional knowledge, so I need to learn about how I should do training on YouTube or something.

In terms of swimming, I used to go to the swimming school, so I know the proper forms of swimming.

The strength training, I have some knowledge because I used to be in a dance school.

How long am I going to do this challenge?

For now, I am going to do this challenge everyday for about three weeks before the new semester starts.

However, I want to make it as habit, so I will continue doing those exercises a few times a week after three weeks.

What kinds of change do I want to make?

I want to lose some kg and look thinner.

Also, I want to improve my inner strength.

Overall, I want to be stronger both physically and mentally.
