That's how important it is, but it's still quite difficult to take lactic acid bacteria from your daily diet in a well-balanced manner.

That's why I'm going to rely on supplements.

So I'm starting to take a lactic acid bacteria supplement that contains a variety of foods such as dietary fiber.

I used to have severe constipation, but thanks to that, I have a good flow now.

I drink a fair amount of water, and I exercise lightly.

As a result of choosing the supplement by looking at the amount written on the package and taking the recommended amount almost every day for a year, it became easier to feel happy because of smooth bowel movements and the secretion of serotonin. Because there was no such thing. What is the truth of that?)

I think the best thing to do is eat a well-balanced diet.
