Criticism is more profitable if you know who made it.

hello everyone.

Sai & Co. This is Sai & Co. from WAKU Challenge Lab.

Well, today I'm going to explain "It's better to criticize after you know who made it".

If you enjoyed today's story, please share it with us😁

Now let's get down to business.

Well everyone.

Is there anyone around you?

People who criticize without saying anything in front of the person concerned.

If you say it with the intention of being with that person from the beginning, it's fine, but before you know who made it, you start criticizing it, and you just give critiques without thinking that the person who made it is in front of you. .

Sure, it's great to see criticism so quickly.

Because it's always in my head.

But at the very least, it is absolutely profitable to confirm who made it before saying it.

For example, what would you do if the thing you made was for your boss or someone important to you?

It's going to be awkward after that, right?

Perhaps, what would you do if you were a person with a personality that you can't say?

Surely, the evaluation will be lowered without permission from that person, and from the next time onwards, you may become unfriendly or strict in how you interact with them.

So, first of all, even if I see a certain work, I will not say it immediately, but first I will see how it goes.

Then, when I really want to say something, I start by asking, "Who made this?"

Criticize if you can confirm that the parties are not around.

I'm pretty sure this is the procedure.

However, since it is limited to people you want to connect with, people you want to cherish, and people who are important to you, it is not necessary for people you don't care about or people who are hostile.

Therefore, when using this method, we recommend that you always look around before using it.

So, if you enjoyed today's story, please introduce it to your friends😁

See you soon ✌️
