従業員のための会社 / A company for employees

2019年に娘が産まれてから、娘たちが生きる次世代の生活をよりよくしたいという思いが日が経つにつれて強くなっていました。

後世のために何ができるのかを考えた時、「彼女の世代が生きる世界では、性別や国籍、人種による無意識の思い込みがなく、より自由に柔軟な生き方ができる世界であってほしい。」
「世界をすぐに変えることは難しいけど、自分の会社からなら始めることができる。」

まず私が始めることは、世界一社員が幸せな会社を創ることだと考えnaeを創業しました。

こんな理由で始まった会社なので、naeのベクトルは従業員に向いています。従業員が幸せだとお客さまにも幸せを渡せるという思想です。
最初はうまくいかないことが多々あるかもしれませんが、真摯に向き合いながら改善思考ですすめていきます。

Since the birth of my daughter in 2019, my desire to improve the lives of the next generation in which they will live has grown stronger with each passing day.

When I thought about what I could do for future generations, I thought, "I want the world her generation will live in to be a world where we can live more freely and flexibly, without unconscious assumptions based on gender, nationality, or race."
"It's hard to change the world right away, but you can start with your own company."

I thought that the first thing I should do was to create the happiest company in the world for its employees, so I founded nae.

As a company that started for this reason, nae's vector is directed toward its employees. We believe that if our employees are happy, we can pass on happiness to our customers.
There may be a lot of things that go wrong at first, but we will continue to face them with sincerity and improve our approach.

ウェルビーイングプロダクトへの想い / Thoughts on well-being products

前職時代はPMSや骨粗鬆症、美容家電など女性が抱える悩みに関するプロジェクトにアサインされることが多く、デザインリサーチを通じて多くの悩みに触れてきました。
それに加えて、僕自信も趣味で行っている茶道などを通じてウェルビーイングの重要性を感じています。

ウェルビーイングプロダクト事業では私がこれまで得てきた経験と工業デザインの知識をうまく組み合わせながら、次世代の日常生活がより豊かになるようなプロダクトを創っていきます。

In my previous job, I was often assigned to projects related to women's problems such as PMS, osteoporosis, and beauty appliances, and through design research, I came into contact with many problems.
In addition to this, I also feel the importance of well-being through my hobby of tea ceremony.

In the well-being product business, I will create products that will enrich the daily lives of the next generation by combining my experience and knowledge of industrial design.

最後に / In closing

両親は僕に大樹のように自由に大きく育ってほしいという想いを込めて由樹と名前をつけてくれました。

なえは種から芽を出して間のない草や木を意味します。
なえがこれからどんな風に大きくなるかは環境しだいです。

自由に、柔軟に。

naeには次世代を生きるこどもの環境を整え、彼らが自分らしく自由に行動し大樹のように大きく育つことに貢献していくという想いをこめています。

My parents named me Yuki, with the hope that I would grow up freely like a big tree.

nae means a grass or a tree that has just sprouted from a seed.
How it will grow depends on its environment.

Be free and flexible.

nae represents our desire to create an environment for children who will live in the next generation, and to contribute to their growth like a big tree, acting freely as they are.
