今住んでいる市でも、窃盗事件はかなり頻繁に起きています。
毎月一回、新聞と一緒に、先先月の窃盗件数を書いたお知らせが入ってきます。
それによると、６月、７月の上位の件数は以下のようでした。

主要な５種類だけでも、平均して毎日約８件も窃盗事件が起きているのでした。案外多いと感じました。
６月より７月の件数が多いのは、夏休みと関係があるのでしょうか？

中でも、自転車の盗難は多いです。この表にはありませんが、置き引き、事務所荒らし、工事場狙い、出店荒らしなども起きています。
多分干してあった、下着の盗難もあったそうです。

Theft happening in the city I live in now.

In the city where I live now, theft cases are quite frequent.
Once a month, I receive a notice with the newspaper that lists the number of thefts in the last month.

According to the report, the top theft cases in June and July were as follows: 

On average, there were about eight theft cases every day in the five major categories alone. I found this to be surprisingly high.
I wonder if the fact that there are more cases in July than in June has something to do with summer vacation?

Bicycle thefts are particularly common. Although not shown in this table, there have also been cases of theft from offices, construction sites, and stores.
There was also a theft of underwear that was probably hung out to dry.
