NHKの囲碁番組を見たら、画面の上部にストリートファイターⅡのような帯グラフが表示されていた
２０２１年から、NHKの囲碁と将棋の番組で、AIによる形勢判断を導入していた（知らなかった！）。
見ていると、一手打つごとに、グラフが大きく伸び縮みするときと、あまり変わらないときがある。私のような素人にはわからないが、局面ごとに統計的な優劣の違いがあるのだろう。
「ストリートファイターⅡ」のダメージを表示する帯グラフを思い出した。AIによる形勢判断のグラフを作った人は、子どものころ、このテレビゲームで遊んだのだろうか？
形勢判断以外に、将棋の棋譜記録にもAIが使われ始めている。
棋譜の記録は、主にプロ棋士を目指している奨励会員が行っていますが、近年、高校・大学に進学する奨励会員が増えていることや、対局数が増加していることなどにより、記録係を担う人材が慢性的に不足する事態が発生しています。このままでは将棋連盟と各棋戦の主催者にとって、重要資産である「棋譜」が残せなくなることが危惧されてきました。
手作業から、AIを使ったオートメーションへの移行は、色々な分野で進んでいる。
いい面も悪い面もあるだろうが、その便益全体の収支決算は、AIなら可能だろうか？
数値に置き換えられない功罪をAIは認識して評価できるだろうか？
When I watched NHK's Go program, a bar graph like Street Fighter 2 was displayed at the top of the screen.
From 2021, NHK's Go and Shogi programs have introduced an AI-based display function for judging the form of the game.
For each move, there are times when the graph expands and contracts greatly, and times when it doesn't change much. I don't know for a layman like me, but there must be statistical differences in superiority and inferiority for each phase.
It reminded me of the strip graph displaying damage in "Street Fighter 2".
Did the person who created the AI-powered situational graphs play this video game when he/she was a kid?
In addition to situational judgment, AI is also beginning to be used for recording shogi game records.
Game record recording is mainly done by encouragement members aiming to become professional players. In recent years, due to the increase in the number of recommended members who go on to high school and university, and the increase in the number of games, there is a chronic shortage of personnel who can take care of records. If this situation continues, it is feared that the Shogi Association and the organizers of each tournament will not be able to preserve their important assets, the game records.
The shift from manual work to automation using AI is progressing in various fields. There will be good and bad sides, but is it possible for AI to calculate the balance of payments for the entire benefit?
Can AI recognize and evaluate merits and demerits that cannot be replaced by numbers?
