そこには、時間なんてものは存在しなかった。
時間を気にする人なんていなかった。

モンゴルのUnimedia Solutions LLC、先週末の社員旅行。
バスを降りると、草原とそれを包み込むような広い空。だけ。

静かに緑が風になびく中、
まるで子供にかえったかのようにボールを持って走り回る社員たち。
床に座り込んで、話し始める社員もいれば、チェスを始める社員もいた。

そして、なんとなくみんなが落ち着いて、目の前の遊びに飽き始めた頃、やっと準備されていた企画が開始した。

唯一の日本人社員、細川さん、
「もう、日本になんて帰りたくないよ笑笑」今生きるその瞬間に、幸せそうに笑いかけた。

80人という、団体での大きなイベント。
それでもきっちりしたスケジュールなんてなくて。皆が好きなことをしていた。
本当に本当に全ての瞬間を自分らしく、自分が思うように、最高に楽しんでいた。楽しめた。
楽しむことって、どれだけ企画が充実しているかではない。そんなものでは測れない。
自分が楽しいと感じること、自分がやりたいこと、それをただただやるだけ。

それはすごく簡単なこと。

でも、大人になるにつれて、何故だかそれは難しいものにとなってしまう。
「大人になりたくない。」モンゴルの草原にて、ふと、そんなことを叫んでしまいたかった。

FREEDOM, I guess, was the best thing about the camp I went on with Unimedia Solutions LLC last weekend.

'Cause you see, in Japan, whenever we hold camps or events with some amount of people, we always expect a perfect schedule and perfect plans for "FUNS." But what I felt in this trip was that, no one waited for someone else to give them the "FUNS." Rushing out of the bus for ball games, or chess, or maybe some chit chats on the grass, they simply grabbed the "FUNS" by themselves. And they all new exact ways to HAVE FUNS by themselves.

The thing is, they were always capable of being honest to themselves. In Japan, we always think about how organized or how well the trip was planned and actually kind of forget the whole purpose of having fun. I guess it becomes more and more like that as you get older... and maybe a little bit worse especially with members in your workplace.

"Childish," some Japanese may call the FUNS in the camp. But, in times for having fun, maybe being a child is not a bad thing at all.

Stresses and suicides...
Problems arising continuously in Japan, maybe it might be because they don't know the right ways to have the FUNS. What if they just forget all those priorities and just look closely at their own feelings and thing about all the FUNS they could and should have. Wouldn't it be so much better:)
