“Challenger;” perfectly describes Misheel, a member in Chohyo team in Unimedia Solutions LLC.

Flexible working hours, exercising time at 3 pm, chance to work in image processing…. Excitement gradually warming up the room, he eagerly listed out the qualities he likes about Unimedia.

“Small things in company culture attracted me,” he explained.

In Chohyo team, he works in creating a system to process and converse images to digital forms. While many companies in Mongolia focus on economic field, Unimedia Solutions was one of the few companies approaching technologies in image processing. After learning those skills in Turkish University, he didn’t want to work on regular jobs like java scripts.

“If I work on a difficult task,” he said, “I will try to research new things and try to overcome difficulties. I will get professional skills.”

Although he learned many technology skills in university, he admits the need to earn more skills from senior developers and from experience in actual working place. “When the time comes,” he continued, “I hope I could lead or create my own project.” Other than being successful in IT field, he also stated his commitment in building a system for people in Mongolia and other regions too.

「挑戦することが大好きで、友達と過ごすことが大好きなお方なのですね。」思わず口にしてしまった。
「その通り。」Misheelさん、優しく笑ってくれた。

幼少期はモンゴルの都市、ウランバートルから遠く離れたとこに住み、高校からウランバートルにある、日本式の学校に通うようになったと言う。
「全く違う環境に住んでみたかった。」ウランバートルのトルコ式の中学校に１年通い、それから日本式の高校に入ったそうだ。

「学業以外の多くのことを学べた。」リラックス方法からスポーツから、授業の合間に生活に役立つような、暮らしが豊かになるような知恵を学べた学校だったそうだ。
中学までのMisheelさんは少し恥ずかしがり屋で、スポーツもあまり得意ではなかった。しかし、高校で周りの環境に影響され、バスケットボールを始めてから、運動は好きになり、社交的にもなれた。

率先して挑戦するようになったのも、この頃からのようだ。
数々のスポーツの大会に参加した。そして、大学はトルコで学び、その際、ドイツでの留学、アメリカでのインターンと、グローバルに活動していた。

モンゴルに戻り、Unimedia Solutions LLC に勤めるようになって今、まだ多くの学びを得ていると言う。
しかし、「まだ、日本や中国以外のアジアの国に行ったことがない。」
これからも、世界を見ていきたいと、生き生きと語ってくれた。
