「楽しいですね。 」満面の笑顔を見せてくれた。

Unimedia Solutions LLC（(株)ユニメディアのモンゴル現地法人）でPMS（Point Marketing System）のプロジェクトマネージャーを務めるAltangerelさん。
今回が、IT業界での初めてのプロジェクトだそうだ。

Unimediaは、デジタルマーケティング業界で業績残すため、いろんなシステム・ツールを必要としている。そのシステムの一部として、PMSへの進出を目指しているそうだ。

「なんか不思議だけどいい経験になっている。」AltangerelさんはPMSプロジェクトの経験を「不思議」と表した。
勉強中でありながら、いろいろ体験している。あまり経験したことないことに最初から携わり、経験を積むこと、自分でモンゴルでプロジェクトを立ち上げられることが楽しい。と、話してくれた。

モンゴル支社で働き始めて約1年。
「日本のマーケットを狙ってプロダクトを売り出す最初の代表でありたい。」という細川さん（モンゴル支社代表）のVISIONについて「全力で細川さんをサポートしていきたい。」とAltangerelさんは言う。

そして、モンゴル人の生活をよりよくするサービスの提供を目指すUnimedia全体のVISIONに対し、
「この会社のモンゴルの市場において、そんなプロダクトを売り出していけるような、そんな人材の集まりにして欲しいなと言う希望がございます。」と、流暢な日本語で語ってくれた。

"Tanoshii." Altangerel, project manager of PMS (Point Marketing System), answered my question with a deep nod. The word meaning "fun" in Japanese, he excitedly explained visions he holds on this product.

PMS was started as a tool in approaching digital marketing system. With this, Altangerel clearly stated his commitment to support Mr.Hosokawa; agreeing to his vision in making Unimedia Solution LLC become the first Mongolian company to succeed in Japanese market.

For further success, Altangerel stated his hopes in providing services to create better lives for Mongolian citizens.

Surprisingly, although he works as a project manager, PMS is also his first project to work on an IT field. "It is a weird feeling," he said, "I'm still learning right now, but at the same time, I'm creating a project from the begging till end."

"Tanoshii," he repeated the word again. Sending out waves of excitement, he seemed to enjoy his experience and the visions he holds through IT services.
