“It makes life better,” Zulnemekh smiled, kind twinkles glittering in corners of his eyes.
Almost 4 years since he had joined Unimeida Solutions LLC in Mongolia, he proudly presented his team, Crowdjob.

The main purpose of this system is to connect clients and users. Using this system, clients, usually some organizations, request completion of tasks to “crowds” of people. This achieves fulfilling both sides of needs; for clients to improve quality and productive with minimum of cost and for customers to get money and sense of accomplishments. Presenting the merits the system could bring to people’s “lives,” he seemed very proud and happy about his project.

“Crowdjob system is the longest running project in Unimedia Solutions,” Zulnemekh.

Moving in from the countryside in 2009 to work in Ulaanbaatar, Zulnemekh’s parents currently live as nomads.
“I like country side better,” Zulnemekh said.
In his childhood in the countryside, he enjoyed using his family’s computer and coding programs on it. (Computers and electricity in gers were kind of a surprise for me.)

As his father keeps his house in the countryside, Zulnemekh said he can work freely in Ulaanbaatar.
“No need to worry,” he nodded.

While work in Unimedia keeps him busy, he commits his free time in learning English.
“I like basketball, chess, and coding,” he said and showed me website he has been creating to learn English.
“Just for myself,” he laughed.

As a programmer, coding, definitely was one of the things he enjoyed most in his life.
It was nice to know how, instead of writing on notebooks, he could simply “code” to learn a language.

「企業のため、消費者のため。」みんなが得できるようなシステム。

Zulnemekhさん、優しく、そう微笑んだ。

モンゴルのUnimedia Solutions LLCで働き始めてもうすぐで4年。彼が所属するCrowdjobチームについて、説明してくれた。

Crowdjobの目的はクライエント（多くの場合企業や組織）とユーザーを繋ぐこと。クライエントが挙げたタスクをユーザーがこなす。
「クライエントは最小限のコストで膨大なタスクを済ませることができる。ユーザーは家にいながら簡単に稼げてちょっとした達成感も得られるんだ。」
誰もが得する。誰もが喜ぶ。そんなシステムを作っていること、Zulnemekhさん、嬉しそうに、何度もそう話した。

子供の頃は遊牧民として田舎の方に暮らしていたZulnemekhさん。彼の両親は、何千もの家畜を飼い、草原の中で暮らしている。
実家にはいつでも帰れる。
「田舎が好きだ。」そう、深く頷いた。

しかし、ウランバートルにいることも、彼にとって大きな苦とはなっていない。
ウランバートルに来たのは8年前、2009年のことだ。だが、それ以前にも、田舎のゲルにも、電気やWiFiは通っている。
「プログラミングをしに来た。」
ウランバートルに来た目的はプログラミングをすること。そう話してくれた。

Unimediaでの仕事は忙しい。
それでも、英語を「学びたい。」
仕事の合間を縫って、取り組んでいる。
趣味は「バスケ、チェス、プログラミング。」そう言いながら、嬉しそうに今作っているページを見せてくれた。
英語を勉強するための「自分専用のサイト。」

英語を学ぶため。
ノートではなく、サイト。
やはり、彼はプログラマーなのだと、深く実感させられた。
