転職活動の顛末
この3ヶ月間、転職活動をしていました。
きっかけは、現在の職場で、育児休職を取得しようとした際、上司から妨害を受けたからです。
当初は、上司に対する怒りを覚え「こんな会社、とっとと辞めてやる！」と、ネガティブなモチベーションで開始しました。
