Day 343: Marriage trend change due to the virus

According to the Economist, the Japanese single people are tend to marry more than the days before the virus became a big issue.

This trend resembles the one in 2011 when the earthquake hit the northeastern regions in Japan.
Obviously the number of people married increased back then.
The same trend is forecasted by the matching agencies.

But, the number of people got married after 2012 constantly declined, according to the Economist.

Will there any ways that we could learn from the experiences in these 9 years, to expedite marriages?
