Day 176 : Osechi

There are various types of Osechi, our Japanese new year traditional foods with nicety.

It's always good to have the traditional foods in special occasions.
We can not eat them everyday, in terms of cost and taste.
It takes time and money to cook them, and they are good at first couple of bites, but we cook a little too much amount, so you get a little tired of the taste...

We know that we should keep this tradition, but I am not sure how this would evolve in next 50 years...

Word of the day
nicety : 上品さ、優雅さ
Quote of the day
“The less there is to justify a traditional custom, the harder it is to get rid of it”
― Mark Twain
