Tofu is becoming global.

When I first lived in the US, I was really surprised to find Tofu of Morinaga in the ordinary supermarket.

Well, it's originally from China and spread through East and Southeast Asian countries, according to Wikipedia. So it has been very global, and the front photos are the global tofu kinds, in the world.

Mourix has been trying Tofu everyday. Here in Japan, we have many kinds, and even one kind has all the different tastes by the producers and regions.

It is healthy, salubrious and nutritious.
I like to have it sometimes for my casual lunch.
So, I always look forward to reading his notes.
