不登校過去最多３０万人。「日本の教育」はすでに崩壊していると言える訳（大人の同調圧力が子どもを追い詰めている）

　私はここで何十年も日本の学校の異常性を書いてきた。もちろん、私のような田舎の小さな個人塾の講師の言うことなどに耳を傾けてくれる人はいない。ただ、アメリカの中学校で教師をしていた経験から

「このままでは日本の学校は崩壊する！」

　という危機感を抱いていたので、書かざるを得なかった。

　ここに至っても、私が

１，制服廃止　２，クラブ活動の自由化　３，クラス解体　４，校則全廃

　などと提案すると反発の方が大きい。日本は自分から改革が出来ない国で、明治維新や敗戦のような外国の圧力がないと変われない残念な国。３０万人以上の生徒が学校にノーを突きつけていても、何も無かったかのような顔をし続ける。

　I have been writing about the abnormality of Japanese schools for decades. Of course, no one listens to what I, a teacher at a small private cram school in the countryside, have to say. However, from my experience as a middle school teacher in the U.S.
I had a sense of crisis that if nothing is done, Japanese schools would collapse!
　I had to write this because I had a sense of crisis.

　I have come to this point.

1, abolition of school uniforms; 2, liberalization of club activities; 3, dismantling of classes; 4, abolition of all school rules.

　When I make proposals such as these, the opposition is much greater. Japan is a country that is incapable of reforming itself, and it is unfortunate that it cannot change without foreign pressure such as the Meiji Restoration and the defeat in the war. 300,000 or more students have turned down the schools, but they continue to look as if nothing has happened.
