I went to Asakusa to eat yakiniku.
It was fun and delicious. I sat the seat making 5 person-group.
The price for it was around  three thousand yen and seemed to be a little expensive for me, but I ate than is face value.
It was actually a all-you-can-eat plan  I went to today.
I may have exausted making my stomach upset and am also have to study from now despite now condition.
I have heard that taking into too much carbohydrate causes diabetes so may concern about it too.
This happened before when I overate donut too, I could not sleep well.
I`m concerning becoming fat. Actually it seems to be hard to gain weight, but I want to avoid making my metabolism now in that I control my eating habit to make my acne cured.

浅草に焼肉を食べに行きました。 楽しくて美味しかったです。 5人グループになって席に座りました。 値段は3000円くらいで、私にはちょっと高い気がしましたが、額面以上に食べられました。 実は今日行ってきたのは食べ放題プランでした。 お腹を壊して疲れてしまったかもしれないし、今の状態でもこれから勉強しなければなりません。 炭水化物の摂りすぎは糖尿病の原因になると聞いたので、それも心配かもしれません。 以前もドーナツを食べ過ぎたときによく眠れなくなったことがありました。 太るのが心配です。 実は太りにくいらしいのですが、ニキビを治すために食生活をコントロールするという点では今は代謝を乱さないようにしたいものです。
