I think it is difficult for Japanese to utilize my English word like foreigner.
There appears to be data investigating what extent people can speak English in each country by ETS.
According to this data, It seems that It can`t be said that Japanese people can speak English objectively.
I want to think why like this situation has been occured.
First thinkable reason is what we didn`t have to communicate with surrounding country as locating  on Pacific ocean isolated.
On the contrary, some country with their Toeic score is high is sharing border with other country in many cases.
Second, It is few immigrant in Japan, and also few receiving of refugees.
This makes people far away from using English. some people must have thought it possible to live if they didn`t study English.
This is a right thing certainly. It  has invented some useful machine such as translater, and  more and more the meaning why we study language faded away.
To increase your language level to extent you can live  needs  a lot of time.
we are given same nerely same time, but you can use your own time.
You don`t have to be ordered your usage of your time  by no means.
I want to use my precious time of school life for language learning., especially English and Chinese.
I have heard some famous author say that "to learn language means to　get  gorgeous" once before.
I think this is not wrong in a way. If you want to be necessary by someone, it would be better to show your outstanding point.
When appealing, you being able to speak something of language must works well.
