ハネなしチョウの墓を
たくさん見つけた

　　それは鼻なしゾウの
　　たくさんの足跡

ハネなしチョウの群を
鼻なしゾウが踏んだ

　　その足跡が
　　ハネなしチョウの墓標なのだ

ただそれだけなんだけど
なんとなく笑ってしまう

　　ハネがないのにチョウだなんて
　　鼻がないのにゾウだなんて
　

Tomb of a Butterfly

I found a lot of tombs of wingless butterflies
It's a lot of footprints of noseless elephants

A noseless elephant stepped on a group of wingless butterflies
That footprint is the tomb of the wingless butterfly

It's just that
But it makes me laugh

There is no wing, but a butterfly
There is no nose, but an elephant
