人類は野蛮で残酷な獣性を克服し、良心的で思いやりのある人間性を育ん出来ました。現代社会は、そうした思いやりのある人間性を共通の価値観として共有しているはずでした。
　しかし、残念ながら人間性に欠け、野蛮で残酷な性質を持つ人々は未だ沢山います。
　そのような野蛮な人々が国家の指導者になったり、強大な軍隊の指揮官になったりすると、人類の不幸が始まるのです。
　彼らは多くの罪のない人々や子供たちが犠牲になることなど気にしません。目的を達成するためなら、無実の人の犠牲など意に介さないのです。
　しかし、多くの罪のない人々や子供たちが犠牲になるのであれば、その行為自体が人道に対する犯罪であり、いかなる理由もそれを正当化することはできません。それは目標自体が完全に否定されるほどの重大犯罪行為であることを、彼らは理解すべきです。
　私は、良心的で思いやりのある世界中の人々と連帯し、私たち全員の力で、野蛮な指導者たちによるこれ以上の野蛮な行為に歯止めをかけたいと思い、この曲を作りました。

  Humanity was able to overcome its savage and brutal bestial nature and develop a conscientious and compassionate humanity. Modern society was supposed to share this compassionate humanity as a common value.
   However, there are still many human beings who lack humanity and possess a barbaric and cruel nature. When such barbaric people become leaders of nations or commanders of powerful armies, the misery of humanity begins. They are willing to sacrifice innocent people to achieve their goals. They do not care about the sorrow and misery of the thousands of children who were sacrificed, or the grief of those who were killed for no reason.
   But if many innocent people and children are killed, the act itself is a crime against humanity and cannot be justified on any grounds. They must understand that it is such a serious criminal act that it completely negates the purpose itself.
   I wrote this song in solidarity with people of conscience and compassion around the world to stop further acts of barbarism by barbaric leaders.
