(一応フォローしておくと、一人一人は決して悪い人たちではない。むしろいい人が大多数。しかし組織としてはお人好しや嘘つけない人が割りを食う仕組み。変えようとすれば言い出した人間に押し付けられる。黙って流されていればその日はやり過ごせるけれど、コンフォートゾーン(快適とは言っていない)からブレイクスルーには近づけない、負のスパイラル構造)。
ただ、もっとやばい組織だったらそもそも当日早退が認められないかも…
