食べたかったけどね

お店って
同じ場所に在って
同じ名前で
同じメニューが
出て来るんだけど
決して同じ店では無いのよネ

シェフや店員さんの
心境だとか体調
食材は勿論
天候に客としての自分自身
そういう不確定なモノが
絡み合って起きている奇跡

僕はラッキーだなぁ
って痛感しながら
お店で食べたり
ケータリングしたり
テイクアウトしたりしています
